I am a retired elementary school teacher. I raised 3 children who are now adults. We always had dogs and cats. Our last family cat, Bailey, passed away at age 19, last summer. The children were active in 4-H with a dairy cow, goat, sheep, hogs, and chickens. Now retired, and recently relocated back to Southern Oregon from Bend. I have one dog, Cassie. She is a Golden retriever, 7 1/2 years old, two chickens, Iris and Buffy; Great little egg layers. My youngest child, a son, and college student lives with me. He works full time at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. My middle daughter is a registered nurse at Asante in Ashland. My oldest daughter lives in North Dakota with her family. I enjoy outdoor activities such as gardening, camping, fishing, hiking, and walking my Cassie. Knitting, quilting, cooking, and crafting are among my favorite indoor activities. I am looking forward to this new adventure. Hope you will enjoy it with me. :-)
