Katherine and her husband provided basic care to my dogs. They gave all meds/vitamins that we require. Katherine did send pictures daily. I was very unhappy about the everything of their booking. I do have a lot of large dogs, but that is not an excuse for how unprepared and unprofessional they were. They could not figure out which dog was which, could not identify their collars, could not understand our directions that we left them to the point of them putting on LED light up necklaces during the day…I have used them once before and everything seemed okay but this time was the opposite. They took it upon themselves to the unplug our security cameras and claim that we were using them to monitor them, which was incorrect and extremely unprofessional. I even tried to call them to resolve the issue and neither Katherine nor her husband answered my calls. The house was a disaster when I got back, floors were filthy, counters were filthy, couch was also covered in dirt, and the dogs were filthy so I am unconvinced they watched them play outside. The dogs beds were all messed up and clearly the sitters didn’t even bother to go into the room to check on it at all. Overall, I was very unhappy with how this went and had to deal with all of this while on vacation.

Katherine and her husband were very easy to work with even with a last minute booking!
