Housesitter extraordinaire! Gentleness is key. I do travel. I have been a true friend of dogs and cats since my early childhood. Ive worked with animals, and in pet stores during my youth administering care and medication. I knew from an early age I would be surrounded with pets my entire life, I also keep chickens. I want to bring kindness and gentleness to every creature I meet. True joy is what I feel when walking, talking and snuggling them. Animals love me , because sincerely love them. Caring for animals is an honor. I am pet cpr/first aid certified. I can work around your schedule. Pet sitting in your home overnight: hours for overnight sitting are 7pm-11am. Before/After-hours will be a charge of 1/2 the overnight rate , in addition to your overnight charge. I am your CSRA' S MOST TRUSTED PET/ HOUSESITTER. Quoting all my clients, lol.

Katherine is a wonderful person to trust your pet with. I booked her for three nights to watch my cat, and she sent updates, communicated quickly, and kept him in an entire room in her home dedicated to cat-sitting. She even put a note up as a reminder that he prefers not to be picked up. 10/10
Katherine took amazing care of our three dogs. This included taking care of a senior dog that required medication three times a day. Our dogs were happy and stress free in their own home. Katherine is an outstanding caregiver for Furbabies!
We wanted to go away for about 3 days and our 2 fur babies, Mason and Brutus have never been with anyone else, ever. We contacted Katherine, gave her information needed. The day came for her to nanny our boys, we are nervous and not about Katherine, it was our boys cause this is a 1st for them and us. While we were gone, Katherine was so kind to send texts and short videos on how the boy's were doing. The day we got back, the boys we're excited to see us, but once they got done, they ran back to Katherine, and that told me that my fur babies were just fine and liked her. Dogs can tell ya alot, watch their reactions. We have found the most perfect nanny for our fur babies. Katherine, I know Mason and Brutus will be so happy to see ya again, we thank you for taking such good care of our loved ones, our fur babies, our boys. We've already booked Katherine again too. TL;DR: Katherine is amazing! We had a family member, hospitalized, out of town over a holiday weekend. With less than twelve hours notice, she was able to take our cuddly kitten overnight, so we could make it to be with our family. If you're thinking we could've just left our boy home alone for 24 hours; maybe, but why risk it when there's Katherine? We got back and picked up a very happy, very loved furry friend. When everything was going wrong, Katherine made things so much better and easier for us . Popeye loves Katherine and so do we! There's no doubt that Katherine is a crucial resource for us and she can be for you, too!

I am available to walk your dog and pet sit in your home . Dogs or Cats, or other. I am also available for boarding your cat, I have a few shelter cats of my own and a large dog. They all get along with visitors, although your cat will have their very own room with lots of space to stretch out and play with monitoring. They are not intermingled at anytime for the protection of your babies and mine. Please ensure your pets are up to date on flea/ tick meds.

I'd like to know your dog's name/ nickname, background, personality, breed and age. This helps determine my first encounter meeting with him/ her. If you find that your pet is aggressive with strangers a meet and greet is needed -so your fur baby sees me as a friend. Please provide collar/ harness , I can provide leash- if needed. It's also helpful if a few of their treats are available for walks. During the summer months when pavements are hot I will make the decision to walk them in grassy areas which may at times call for a short car ride to a nearby park. A typical day
I take my dog clients walking around their neighborhood to have them learn their surroundings, this is very important if the day ever comes and they get out on you. This way they can find their way home. Once I'm sure they have learned their neighborhood, we will visit parks and Greenways. Long walks and fresh air along with all the squirrels they encounter. A nice long walk with lots of smells and sights are just what your dog has in store with walks with me. I carry a collapsible bowl for water during walks, and provide rest and shade as needed. The walk is about them, not me. I allow them to stop and go as they please, this is their walk, I'm just there to monitor and keep them safe.
