Hello, my name is Katherine and I have cared for animals professionally for 6 years, although I could say I've loved and cared for animals my entire life. I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and am in graduate school. Caring for pets provides me both happiness and a small income to get me through school. Growing up, I took care of around 13 cats and up to 3 dogs at a time that were part of our family. I consider animals to be family members, not just pets. I believe they deserve love, affection and plenty of fun. Animals need stimulation just like people and they need exercise too. I currently have two dogs in my little family, a rescued Chiweenie (Dachshund-Chihuahua) named Otis, and a Miniature Australian Shepherd named Duck. Aside from my own pets, I have taken care of other people's pets for the past 6 years while I've been in and out of school. I would love to take care of your pets while you're away, and would be happy to bring them on walks, pick up after them, feed them and even provide them medications if needed. While you are away from your furry family members, I will happily provide updates with pictures through your method of choice; either through e-mail or text so that you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and safe.
