Katherine is awesome! She is so great with Bear that we booked her services twice this month. Both times she spent the entire weekend with Bear, walked him and even took pics. This was our first time engaging a house sitter or a dog sitter. Our dog, Melon, is now ten years old and has grown increasingly intolerant of traditional kenneling over the years. Katherine was, first and foremost, highly professional and responsive. She met with us in our home prior to her stay, answered many questions and absorbed all the various concerns and guidelines we came up with when embarking on this new type of dog care. Katherine was also quite understanding when, at the last minute, our plans changed, and we had to adjust our departure time. Most importantly however, she was wonderfully engaged and responsive for the duration of her stay. Unprompted, she provided updates each day which were regularly accompanied by some of the nicest photos anyone has ever managed to take of our goofy Melon Head. We arrived home this evening to an immaculate house and a happy and relaxed dog. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering a house/dog sitter and have already engaged her on plans to look after Melon again.
