Pet care experience
As an animal shelter volunteer, I have experience with dogs of all sizes & ages, breeds & temperaments. And as a Staffordshire Terrier dog mom, pit bull type dogs are my specialty. From bottle feeding a two week old puppy to providing special care to a fifteen year old senior, I know how to care for your pet. I currently have a 14 year-old Staffie who uses a rear cart due to a degenerative nerve condition. I can provide quality care not only through walks but also runs (fellow marathoner here) and hikes (the higher the elevation the better)! Whether you need a quick walk in the day or a weekend away, I am the person you need. I can't wait to meet you and your dog soon!

I only do visits and overnight sitting in your home. I care for your pet through bathroom breaks, walks, playtime, and most pup’s favorite parts of the day - breakfast and dinner meals. I give a sense of comfort to clients knowing that I treat your pet (and house) just like my own. Safety is my priority.

I like to know what your pet’s schedule is, what their interests are and what to avoid, and if they know basic commands and what phrases you use with your dog (sit, stay, leave it, heel, etc.). I also need to know if there are any dietary restrictions or medications that need to be given at designated times during the day.
A typical day
A typical day will include walks or playtime before breakfast, a potty break before I leave for work and when I return, an afternoon walk, dinner, and more playtime (or snuggles!). I like to adventure around the neighborhood and do different walks each time to keep the dog excited about new sights and smells.

I currently work part-time during the late morning into the early afternoon. I am free for walks before and after as well as overnight visits.
