Pet care experience
Colgate student seeking to spend sometime with dogs while away from home! I love dogs and am more than ready and willing to make your dog happy for the day. We had to say goodbye to our own four legged furry friend last year so I’m more than happy to give all my stored up love and affection to your dog! I’ve volunteered with many different animal shelters and have had lots of experience socializing and walking dogs of all different breeds, ages, and personalities. I also work frequently as a long term cat sitter so I have no problem with drop in visits. I can walk, run, hang out, and play with your dog even in the coldest of Hamilton winters. I also have an on campus car so am willing to travel.

I have two very needy, attention loving cats. Katherine has taken care of them for us several times and is our favorite cat sitter. In addition to feeding them and taking care of their litter box, she spends time playing with them, giving them treats, and also sends us pictures, which we love. It makes us feel less guilty leaving them at home if we are going away for a week or longer, knowing that someone who cares about them will stop in every day to see them. Katherine is very responsible and we are totally comfortable leaving her with a set of house keys while away. I am sure her love for animals, especially dogs, makes her a great caregiver for dogs also and I know that she has performed volunteer work for dog rescue organizations. My husband and I highly recommend Katherine.
Katherine is a truely incrediable young women with a passion towards any animal. She is hard working and very loyal. She would make a great caregiver for dogs and provide so much attention and love towards your pets. Your dog would be in amazing hands this is speaking from experience with my own fur baby. Carrie F

We can take some nice long walks on the beach or bay road and maybe even go for a nice long run! Depending on your location, we can also discuss stops at LBI’s dog parks, a ride on the paddle board with a swim, or a stop to get a pet friendly ice cream cone! (only available in LBI during summer months)
