Hello there! As you can see my name is Katherine but I also go by Katie :) I've always had dogs growing up and I always feel that they attach themselves to me. Maybe they scene that I prefer their company over most humans. My family and I have a Golden Retriever named Ruth who is very well behaved and loves to play with other dogs. My husband and I both trained her, she never went to any classes, she is not a digger and she doesn't chew on things other than toys. She allows me to bathe, comb and cut her nails. Ruth is a very mellow dog who gets excited to see other people but is always well mannered. My husbands family also have goldens who I care for when they need me to. I'm a very patient and compassionate person, some people call me a dog whisperer (I'm sure many say that). I would prefer to do mostly checking up on dogs or dog walking but I am also willing to have dogs at my home. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
