It’s my personal belief that in order to perform a task or job correctly, one must have the necessary tools and skill set to properly execute said task. I have been caring for animals my entire life, from adolescence to my now adult years. I have training and education specifically geared toward the care of animals from all walks of life. I graduated from Potomac college in 2016 with an Associates in Equine Management and Production which provided me with an intricate understanding of veterinary sciences and animal husbandry. I also have hands on experience with large and small farm animals from both my own personal farm and from my job at Mountain Trail Rides in Canaan Valley which involved guided nature tours and the petting zoo on site. It has been both a hobby and mission of mine to ensure the safety and care for all animals is readily available and done professionally within my knowledge base. I have excellent interpersonal skills and possess an empathetic nature, which I believe is necessary when caring for people and their animals.
