I am a qualified teacher and now work independently with animals and children. I grew up with every animal type you can imagine from chickens to cats and am super comfortable with all animals. I have extensive experience with medication, insulin injections, pet cleanup, and first aid. I am Pet First Aid certified with the Red Cross. Additionally, I have experience with disabled animals and animals that are experiencing dementia or already have dementia. I believe animals are deep souls with emotions and ideas like ours and I strive to stimulate and give love to each animal I meet. Katherine did an amazing job taking care of our St. Bernard, Cocoa, while we were gone for a week of vacation. We had just gone through saying goodbye to our older dog and we were worried how Cocoa would do with us being gone too. When we returned, we could tell all the extra care and love she had received. She was all brushed out. Kate sent us pictures and behavioral descriptions during our trip so that we knew how Cocoa was doing. We will definitely use Kate again.
