I have had all manner of animals in my lifetime, from dogs, cats and exotic birds, to some reptiles. I prefer good behavior but I also expect dogs to be dogs. I've had a variation of breeds in my life, both as owner and as a pet assistant. I'm willing to work with most dogs in the manners department. I think dogs should be treated as members of the family, not as property. I do believe in crate training, but if your dog is not allowed into the home, I'm most likely not the pet assistant you want. I'm talkative, friendly and will talk to your pet like they completely understand me, probably because I think they do. Animals are intelligent beings and I think they should be treated as such.
