Hello! My name is Katherine H. and I am originally from Asheville, NC. I just moved to the Syracuse area over the summer with my fiance who got a great job up here. I am a former school teacher/counselor with a Master's Degree in Education and now I want to spend my time taking care of four-legged fur babies instead of two-legged ones :). I have grown up with 2-3 dogs in the house all my life. I previously worked at "At Play With Sparky," a doggy daycare in Asheville, for 3 years during my undergraduate study where we boarded dogs as well as played all day! I currently have a beautiful 9 year old black lab mix named Indy who is the light of my life! I love all animals! Growing up at any given time my brothers and I had rabbits, iguanas, hamsters, hermit crabs, a Cockatiel, and an assortment of fish. That was in addition to 2-3 dogs. That said, I am dedicated to doing a great job caring for your pets as I would hope and expect someone would do the same for mine! I can provide energizing walks for your younger pups and I also love snuggling up and relaxing with more senior ones.
