Pet care experience
I have a big ol' chocolate lab named Elly, and a King Charles spaniel named Duke, but they're back in my hometown. I would love to help take care of your dogs and fill the void in my heart that only wagging tails and belly rubs can fill. I am excited to go on lots of walks, play lots of fetch, or even just cuddle on the couch. I have experience with big and small, old and young, energetic and couch potato dogs. I am also proficient in belly rubs. To my furry, four legged friends: "Woof woof yip bark. Borf Borf woof. Borf, woof woof bark bark yip. Awoo!" Translation: "I saw a squirrel. Let's go find it. Wait, I found a tennis ball. Hooray!"

Anything I write about Katherine will be an understatement! She is caring, responsible, and extremely responsive and flexible. My travel was extended unpredictably multiple times due to flight cancellations from hurricane Harvey in Houston. Despite multiple extensions, she always showed up and never missed a walk for Oliver! Even when it was raining heavily, she managed to take Oliver out for his breaks. Katherine sent me regular updates every day. She went beyond her duty to also help take care of my cat's litter box. A lot of the things I hadn't planned for went so smoothly because Katherine was so flexible and helpful. When I signed up with her for this stay, I wasn't sure since she wasn't as experienced as some of the other dog sitters listed in Rover. But she totally exceeded all expectations and is by far, the most helpful person I have ever trusted my babies with. Thanks Katherine! I need to take you out to dinner soon.
Kat has a genuine love for animals and it's obvious whenever I see her interact with my baby girl. Before I left town, she was sure to ask about my dog's routine, who her vet is, and if I minded her taking my dog on outings. She sent pictures when asked so I could see that my baby was in good hands.
Katherine D. is a responsible and dependable young woman who loves dogs (and cats). She's a college student who misses her own puppers and would love to help you take care of yours. She can provide house sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits to feed, play fetch, or just cuddle your fur-baby.
