Pet care experience
I am a free lance accountant and my husband and I care for pets full time on our homestead! We have 10 years of experience, handling all kinds of dog with numerous temperaments. I have volunteered in shelters and rescues and I truly love dogs!!! They aren’t just animals, they are part of the family. We have a large fenced space so your pet can run and play while they are here! There is lots of shade, trees and outdoor bedding for your pups! We live on a very quite street with little traffic which allows for safe walks, daily. We love to get out and get our exercise, your pets are welcome to join! If you have a pet that requires a little more care, we’re there for you! We can give medications, clean ears, give injections as needed so your pet stays in optimal health. Thank you for considering our pack! We look forward to working with you! NOTE: If you are picking up from a boarding stay after Noon you will be charged $23 for a day of doggy daycare!

Our dog Moose had a wonderful experience at daycare with Katherine! He came back happy and tired from his day. Katherine was friendly and helpful and provided updates throughout the day so we knew how things were going. We will definitely be bringing our pup back to daycare here!
Katherine was wonderful with our pets. The love and attention she gave them was as if we had done it ourselves. The transition was easy on our pets thanks to her attention to details. I will definitely book with her again and would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
This was our first time trying doggy daycare (we’ve boarded with Katherine before) and our pup Argos loved it. By the second day he was eager to get in the car and when we arrived he ran right into the play area. Argos must have had a ton of fun because he comes home exhausted and happy. I’m getting ready to book some more days for him!

We have a fenced yard with dog safe AstroTurf! This means to dirt, allergens or mess! We run outdoor play in the mornings and nap from 12-2 daily (pups are in crates for this time period)! Afternoons are for pack activities and learning social skills and manners! We work gate control, group sits and play games.

Are there specific verbal commands that will help us communicate with your dog better? I do not have any breed restrictions
A typical day
We play fetch and tug-of-war with our dogs daily. There is plenty of time for outside play and walks on our quiet street. Letting dogs play and run is a passion of ours. And if your dog is the napping type, we have plenty of space for that as well! We kennel all pups from 12-2 daily to allow for down time. Cuddling and petting gives us joy!!
