Katherine did a great job!!!

The short of it, my dogs were left in the mud room for 10 and 12 hours at a time with only potty breaks. The longest they were outside in 4 days was 6 min. I asked her if this was accurate and this was her response, “I?m sorry you weren?t happy with my work. I did inform you of my swimming job. However I did forget to tell you I would be out late on Thursday and I apologize for that. I wish you the best.” I was never told about another job. I asked her what her schedule was like and she told me that she had a 2 hour class and that was it. We’re my dogs safe and fed? Yes, and I’m very apreeciatve of that. But, not one walk in 4 days and basically stayed in the mud room the whole time, unacceptable!! The dogs were filthy and their bed was filthy. Not what I signed up for. Disappointed.
