Growing up on a ranch in Oregon and having been involved in animal rescue for the past 20 years, I have a lot of knowledge and confidence around animals. I believe every animal has a unique personality that must be respected. I take the time to understand what makes each of my dog clients feel comfortable. I am comfortable handling big strong dogs and pullers as well as little dogs and older dogs who like to take their time. I will also take time to know what preferences you have for how to best handle your dog. I look forward to meeting your pup and to taking them on a walk, stroll or high energy run!

Katharine took good care of my baby, made him feel comfortable around her pets, and sent me updates to let me know he was doing well. When I picked him up he looked happy and at home.
I’m so happy Katharine was available to board my dog. She was an awesome host and sent many picture and video updates along the way. It was super easy to communicate with her and coordinate the meet and greet, drop off, and pick up. Her house is in a great location in town, plus she has a good sized backyard that the dogs can run around in. Her dog Kasey is a sweetheart and loves other dogs once the dogs meet properly. Katharine did a great job of introducing my dog and Kasey by taking us on a walk around the block to get them used to each other. Will be reaching out to Katharine again to see if she is available to board my dog in the future.
Katharine is great at communicating before and during your dog's stay. She has a great setup in the yard for the dogs. She was happy to do whatever will help your dog be comfortable during their stay. Thank you!

My schedule is very free and open to walks and drop in visits at all times of the day. I am also happy to transport your dog to doggy daycare after their morning walk.
