Pet care experience
I’ve had animals my entire life and know the responsibility and love that is needed to properly care for one. I also completely understand the feeling that your animals are part of your family and because of that I will always treat them like they are mine as well. I have experience with professional training given the fact that we got our rottie professional trained and then my brother became a professional dog trainer himself. Neighbors, friends, and family have always leaned on me to care for their furry kids and I’ve always enjoyed every second of it. From going on walks to playing fetch in the backyard or snuggling up on the couch watching movies I will always give your animal all of my attention and love.

Katharine is a loving and compassionate person. She loves every animal she sees like it is her own and only gives them the best. She will never let you down!
I have known Katie for several years and she has not only watched my children but also our pets when we go on vacation. Our dog is a difficult animal to manage and Katie has handled her with grace!!! Animals seem to push to be in her presence and we are so grateful to have met her!!!

I will not be accepting in house boarding at this time simply because of the reliability given the fact that I have two dogs and a cat myself. However, I am willing to stop in to hang out and give your fur babes some love for a few hours or spend the day/night depending on the situation and needs of the family!

I always like to get some insight on how they are on the leash, how they are on the property, what their commands are (if any), in what ways are they trained/or not, normal behavior for them, all allergies or health concerns, and of course what their favorite treats and activities are!
A typical day
I love to keep your fur babies as active and as stimulated as possible during my stay or visit. That could mean we go on a long walk or numerous short walks so they can get all of their sniffs out, get their exercise in, go to the dog park, or hang out outside with a toy! Either way, we’ll be outdoors as much as possible, unless you wish otherwise or the weather isn’t permitting.

I currently work three night shifts a week at a hospital, however, my schedule is very flexible and with advanced notice I can typically schedule my shifts around dates that are needed!
