Pet care experience
I am a pre-veterinary student at the University of Maryland, so I have a lot of knowledge and experience under my belt :). In the past, I have raised a service animal in training for the Guide Dog Foundation. I have experience working as a veterinary technician at multiple veterinary hospitals. I am comfortable with dogs and cats, as well as other critters, of all sizes!

Katerina was great with my dog. She asked all of the right questions prior to drop off. I received photos & updates throughout my dog stay, which gave me comfort while away. She was also very responsive and got back to me quickly when I contacted her.
Kate is one of the most efficient and trustworthy animal caretakers that I have ever met. I have a crate at home that I can use for pets, a yard that isn’t fenced but I own a longline. There are plenty of beautiful walking areas around my home as well!

I would like to know if the dog is crate trained, how many times a day they eat, if they are leash trained, and if there is anything specific they would like me to work with them on, training wise!
A typical day
I have an assortment of fun toys the pups can play with! I also have some “puzzle” type games and kongs which tire the dogs out mentally and physically! Lake artemesia is down the street from my house which is a favorite of mine to walk dogs at! I also have a yard which is super fun, and am close to UMD campus :)

Availability
I am a part time student and employee, so I am able to fit in lots of pet care needs throughout the week! I love to go on walks and spend time outside.
