Job and pet care experience includes: volunteering at the SPCA, pet sitting, and was a kennel assistant at a local doggy daycare. Related skills and responsibilities includes: handling dogs, walking and exercising dogs, caring for senior dogs, feeding dogs according to owner’s dietary restrictions & guidelines, managing & administering medications (such as pills), and some cat handling experience. I currently help take care of our own/family/personal pets, which includes two 70+ pound male pit bull mixes (who are 8 and 2 years old, respectively) and a 1.5 year old orange tabby cat. Also have had experience in taking care of our past dogs in their elderly stages/years, including cleaning up accidents around the house, carrying them up & down flights of stairs, feeding them specialty diets, and administering medications.
