I've been caring for animals professionally over the past 10 years, first as an Animal Care Attendant at the Humane Society in Altoona, PA for 2 years, then as a Veterinary Assistant for the past 8 years. I worked in general practice and emergency medicine, helping injured and sick pets in recovering and helping vaccinate pets so they continue to be happy and healthy. I enjoy being able to care for animals and seeing their owners happiness when they take their family member home feeling better. I am not intimidated with administering medications or with senior fur baby care. When your fur baby is with me, they will be treated like family and have a blast while getting their exercise in. They'll make fur friends and be able to have stress free fun. My house sits on 5 acres and there is a lot of land for your fur baby to run around with their friends. My 2 dogs, Marvin and Flaco, are very social and enjoy playing with many of my family's dogs as well. They are happy to meet new friends. I have a flexible schedule and will be watching dogs part time. I will be happy to offer daycare on the days I am off and boarding on the weekends. My yard is not fenced in but I would be happy to walk your dog on a leash until they get the lay of my property. My dogs are very welcoming and enjoy playing with new dogs. Your dog will get some great exercise and be spoiled with affection. I can also easily offer crating for your dog should you require.
