I last minute was trying to find someone to board my Rosie girl because my vet was booked. I reached out to couple of people that popped up for boarding in my area and Katelyn responded almost right away! She was very welcoming before I even met her and was so excited to have Rosie for a couple of days! When I dropped off Rosie, Katelyn was soooo welcoming and went over and beyond welcoming her! She let her dog and my dog meet and run around outside! Before I left she told me, “we will treat her like she is family” and I knew after that she was in good hands! I loved getting updates on how my little girl was doing! It made me feel so good that she had a friend to play with the whole time and was getting way more attention than she ever would at the vet being boarded! I would board my dog through katelyn again over the vet!
