Pet care experience
I have an incredibly deep passion for pups, I've taken care of them for more than half of my life and they've always been a huge part of who I am! I have been professionally pet sitting and dog walking for almost four years now, my time working through Rover has taught me so much and has heightened my love for dogs even more, not to mention all the knowledge it’s given me with many other types of animals! I'm willing to do everything in my power to make sure my fur friends are comfortable, happy, and ultimately cared for & loved. I can be flexible and will always tend to the needs that your dog requires; walking, playing, cuddles, I'm more than happy to do it all! I believe what makes me different than other sitters is that I see this to be much more than a job, it’s a lifestyle for me with true dedication and honest care. This is my full time job which I have always put my all into, and the happiness I receive by surrounding myself with these sweethearts are like no other. Super friendly and great communication. Not just during the stay, but before and after. Have used her several times and she's always the first one I try to schedule.
She may say it’s a miscommunication. But as a pet owner, I was specific at the Meet & Greet that my puppy needs to go out every 2 hours. That I needed someone to stay with my puppy for the weekend. She explained that she usually has dog waking clients during the week, but since my booking was for the weekend; she would be available to stay all day at my home. However around 2:51pm she messaged me that she had to run home really fast and it won’t take long to gather her things. I looked on my Blink home security camera and she was gone by 3:30pm. And did not return until 6:51pm. I canceled my booking & my husband just went home and got our puppy since was crying for the duration she was left. When asked about leaving, she messaged me that she was only gone for 2 hours. Then tells my husband that she thought she was free to go since she normally walks dogs on the weekdays (about 4 hours). From not being honest, locking up my puppy longer than agreed, then telling 2 different reasons; we just don’t feel comfortable with her. Or feel like she was being honest. Having a home security system helped us know what really was happening.
She did great. We were gone a week and our boys were very well loved and taken care of. Katelyn is great i would highly recommend you book her. She send regular updates on everything she does with your pups. We will definitely use her again.

When I stay with your dog, I'd really enjoy doing any activity they love! Whether it's playing fetch, going on walks, or just cuddling up on the couch; as long as your pup is happy, so am I!
