Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Katelyn! I'm 20 years old and I love to spend time with animals. I'm currently a pre-vet student at UIUC and have had a large amount of hands-on expirience with animals of all shapes and sizes. I have attended the National pre-veterinarian symposium and work directly with vets to provide me with hands on expirience (where I have even been taught how to correctly administer CPR on dogs). I hope to gain more expirience with animals as i work to bolster my resume for veterinary school. I decided to spend my time doing rover as it allows me not only to gather expirience working with both animals and owners but also provides me with some financial aid I'll use to help fund my schooling. I am spending my summer working at a local clinic and hopefully becoming acquainted with you and your pet!

Kate, was an excellent dog walker. I appreciated the updates she gave on every walk with my dog. Whether it was a potty break, water break, or pictures of my dog she was on top of keeping me in the loop. She was punctual too and was flexible with changing the walk schedule if I needed to for weather.
Katelyn was amazing! She was a great communicator and put me at total ease with leaving my cats in her care. She did daily visits (2x daily) to care for and administer medication to my cats while we were out of town and I had no reason to worry at all, which allows me to totally relax and not worry about them at all during my trip. She took such great care of them that they ran up to greet her after only a few days of her stopping by! She responds quickly and sent the cutest pictures and videos. I would absolutely recommend her and will book her in the future for any needs! Thanks Katelyn!
