Pet care experience
Animal lover with lots of experience. I worked for VCA Family Oahu as an emergency and outpatient technician assistant for 2 years, and boarded patients with special medical needs in my home or theirs for the last 6 months we were on island. When I received my Veterinary Assistant Certification I was also trained in dog/cat first aid and CPR. I have lots of experience with dogs, and cats of all kinds, and have a soft spot for those with some special needs! I have also fostered dozens of neonatal kittens. This past year we worked more with long term fosters who were large adult dogs with training needs. I am now a stay at home mom of a toddler and infant. I have a fenced in yard, and am open to assisting in the training of your pet.

Katelyn and family are unbelievably wonderful. You can tell our babies had a great time. We were informed each day with great pictures and follow ups. They looked very happy, and once at home you could tell how well they were treated. Kaitlyn is priceless and my pups absolutely just love her!!!
Katelyn is so great to my dogs! She sends updates and pics from her visits/walks and checks in with me about other things they might need or that she noticed. They are in good care with her when I'm away.
Katelyn is not your average dog sitter! She treats every animal like her own and has experience working in the veterinary field. She has watched my dogs multiple times and they love being at her house! I definitely recommend Katelyn for all your pet needs.

I don’t have any real breed preferences. I do prefer to kennel dogs at night with some exceptions. I’d also like to know how they are with other dogs and or kids.
A typical day
I have a very dog friendly Australian Shepherd/ husky mix that loves other dogs. He specifically does well with smaller dogs. We have lots of space in our home for activities during the hot part of the day, a large yard for porting, and a very walking friendly neighborhood.
