We currently have two dogs of our own. We rescued our first dog, Halas, almost 4 years ago. We rescued our second dog, Bondi, this year. We watch our family members dogs when needed and our dogs get along great with their friends! Prior to becoming independent dog owners as adults, we each had experience taking care of our family dogs and pets. I was a 10 year 4-H member taking care of various livestock species such as pigs, rabbits, and goats and am a former agriculture teacher (now science) so I have a ton of knowledge and experience in general with animals. As a teacher, I have summers off and am usually home all day. I also work very close to home so will have a very accommodating schedule during the school year. My husband is a graduate student at IU and has a very flexible schedule, often working from home. We have a great fenced in yard with a ton of room to run and play as well as a lot of toys. We also have two great dogs that get along great with other dogs and will keep your pup company. We also crate one of our dogs at night and can use your crate how you would like us to. We are really just 2 people who love dogs and get anxious about boarding, so we want to make sure we’re providing what we would hope for when we would need to board our own furry family members.
