Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs, raising all of them from puppies (starting at 10 weeks). I also worked for four summers at a dog daycare with dogs of all ages and breeds. At work, I learned how to perform basic grooming procedures, worked with many dietary plans and restrictions, and handled medications. I have also volunteered with shelter dogs and cats with various behaviors and needs.

Our dogs absolutely love Katelyn! Our Ellie follows her around for belly rubs and rounds of fetch, and Patches loves to cuddle on her lap. Katelyn loves all animals and has also taken care of our picky parakeet and our grumpy hedgehog. She is very patient with reluctant pets, and knows how to keep the dogs entertained and happy. Katelyn is always prompt and extremely responsible and has a vast knowledge of pet health needs.

A typical day
No one knows their dogs better than the owners. I would take any recommendations of activities the owners know their dogs like. I am also open to finding out new activities your dogs like, such as fetch, tricks, enrichment, or cuddles (if that’s what they need).
