Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Kate and I am a devoted pet lover! I worked at a pet retreat and veterinary center for almost 3 years and now own a Dog Training Business. I have been caring for animals since I was a little kid. I grew up with pets and have cared for dogs, cats and other small animals for years. I have knowledge of almost any breed and comfortable around large and small dogs. I'm even comfortable around cats and small animals like hamsters, bunnies, and guinea pigs! I have experience feeding and medicating dogs, experience caring for older dogs, experience caring for puppies as well as special needs dogs. I also offer training services separately from rover, please let me know if your interested in more information. I love all animals and love to meet new furry friends! I would love to set up meet and greets prior to caring for a dog. I love all dog but some of my favorite breeds are the Belgian malinois, German shepherds, rodisian ridgebacks, and any bully breeds! My current dog is a Malinois Kelpie mix named Georgia who loves all other animals big or small!
A typical day
If there are local parks I'd love to go to those! Also if I meet a dog friendly dog and there's a dog park near by that they frequent that would be a great activity!
