Did you know there are kennels in Yosemite valley during the summer? Its cheaper than this! I used to operate them when I worked in the valley. But if you want your dog to have constant human interaction this is a better option. I house/dog sat a couple labs last year for two months. Sometimes I fill in for my friends animal care business. I used to have two Australian dogs. Love and miss them dearly. And I grew up with dogs. I work from home most days so your dogs will most likely be inside with me while I work on the computer. I have a little under an acer, not fenced, for walks and bathroom breaks. And if you're ok with it I may take them to the lake for a walk or swim.
