I've been a loving dog owner since 1978. My most recent dog, Emma died August 2018. I now live in a no pet apartment building. I miss walking and interacting with animals. I am retired and have extra love, time and energy to spend with your dog or cat. I have a flexible schedule for walks or check in visits and would spend quality time with your pet. I have volunteered walking dogs at the local humane society so have experience with a variety of breeds, personalities and ages. I enjoy the outdoors and take frequent walks, including long walks. I am reliable, patient and positive. and will take excellent care of your pet. I am excited to meet you and your special dog or cat.

Kate loves dogs and loves to walk. What better combination can you have!! She has a way with them - even just after being introduced. We had a dog that I would hate to walk because she would go after cars, want to check out other dogs, etc. Kate managed to not only walk our dog without problems but trained her so I could walk her easier. I'm sure you will be happy with Kate as your dog walker.
Kate U. would be the perfect person to become a dog sitter for Rover.com! She has always loved dogs (she has owned 4 of them) and has always been a loving, caring "mom" to all of them. Kate has trained her dogs herself or through dog obedience school and all her dogs were very well behaved. Her last dog died about 8 months ago, so this would be a perfect fit to help care for other dogs. Kate is also very trustworthy, responsible, and organized. I would highly recommend her for any position involving dogs!
