I'm an avid hiker who enjoys taking long walks, and working with animals. I also work as a nanny for human children, so I have professional experience in positions of trust and responsibility. I love dogs, and have two of my own (large breed). I am also happy to care for cats and fish and small mammals - possibly other animals like sheep and horses depending on the level of care required. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I can often work on the weekends. Happy to do other tasks to care for your home while house sitting. I have a reliable vehicle that is able to transport dogs, if there is a need for that, such as taking them to daycare or picking them up.

Kate goes above & beyond - brings in mail/packages, and even vacuums before I return so that I don’t arrive home to cat hair everywhere- which I am always super thankful for:) Thank you Kate!!
Kate is exceptional! After moving to a new city, not knowing anyone and needing to find a pet sitter within a week of leaving on an international trip, I just happened across Kate on the Rover site and I struck gold:) Kate was super responsive to my messages right from the start, and whilst I was away I had complete peace of mind that our cats were well loved and taken care of; Kate even sent pictures every so often so that we could see how they were getting along. I had a business trip immediately following the international vacation and booked Kate again without hesitation. Kate even vacuumed so that I didn't arrive home to cat hair everywhere! She will definitely be my go-to person for pet-sitting needs:)
Kate has taken care of 3 of our pets in the past, 2 boxers and a Chihuahua. They were always cared for like they were her own. Kate is a very responsible and dependable person and I highly recommend her!
