I grew up in a household of pets and have never been without. Currently a pet mom of two pups and a ferret, I spend an inordinate amount of time playing fetch with, petting, and talking with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am most used to working with anxious dogs and caring for dogs with special accommodations (difficulties with getting around, medication needs, etc). We also have quite energetic dogs (Australian Shepherds) so there is no lack of experience in the exercise department! I work remotely from home, so scheduling is flexible and time spent at home is maximized. At most during the week, time spent away from home (without dogs) is 2 hours per day tops. For staycations and overnights, my availability can be accommodated for your companion. I have a fully fenced backyard with plenty of play space. There are two, friendly and fluffy Australian Shepherds who are always welcoming to visitors. I go on daily walks, and love having a four-legged walking buddy by my side. My partner and I are complete dog lovers, with 3 dog beds located around our home for all snuggle needs. We have two crates on site (one medium and one large) if crating is necessary, and multiple bedrooms for the comfiest sleeping arrangements. Most importantly, our dogs give us the motivation to be active, and on 0.6 acres of land, there is plenty of space for outdoor activities (and indoor activities during inclement weather).
