I work as a Senior Data Analyst by day, and I own a beautiful rescue cat called Minnie. I have always grown up with pets: we had a border collie (Sparky) and cat (Suzie) as well as a host of other tiny furry animals while I was growing up. Sparky came to live with me in his later years as my parents moved away, so I have experience of looking after older dogs too. I have also boat- and pet-sitted 2 dogs for around 6 months in Guatemala. My partner and I were caretakers and sailors of the boat, and temporary parents to the dogs! It was so rewarding looking after them, walking and playing with and cuddling them. At the moment I'm not in the position to get my own dog, although I would absolutely love one. I'm also a very active person and love walking. I'm friendly, conscientious, and will treat your fur baby as I would treat my own.
