Pet care experience
When I was 14 I started a pet sitting business with my Mom. We took care of multiple family’s dogs and cats in my neighborhood. I was a pet sitter until I went to college. From age 20-22 I was a foster mom and pet sat through Rover. I love all animals and have experience with dogs, cats, and rodents. I always have free time every morning and evening. If your pet is near Haiku I can stop by on my lunch break to give them a potty break and attention. Unfortunately, I can not care for pets at my apartment but I can drive to my clients home to care for their pets. I always clean up after myself, follow instructions carefully, and spend extra time giving attention/ playing with pets. I can visit before work and after work and then once more before I go to sleep. On the weekends I can spend extra time with your pet(s). In my clients home I always clean up any messes and put everything back in it’s place. Also, I am respectful of their belongings and privacy.

Kate is wonderful! It can be very stressful leaving your pet for an extended period of time but Kate did an amazing job ensuring that your pets are family members. You can tell that she really cares about animals, she is very knowledgeable of your pets health and safety which gives you peace of mind. I felt so much better leaving my pets with Kate rather than taking them to a kennel/daycare. She puts a lot of love into each pet so I never had to worry. Thanks for everything Kate!
Kate has had a special relationship with her pets growing up she had 2 cats and a guinea pig. She also had a pet sitting business when she was 11 through high school watching up to around 10 different families dogs in our neighborhood. All of our neighbors loved her she was so good with their dogs. She never missed a visit to a pets house and would spend extra time playing and walking the dogs. Once she was grown up Kate had 2 dogs who she loved and took care of. Kate has a huge heart for animals and has volunteered for a shelter in Hawaii. She is very pleasant and kind which shows in the care she has for all animals. I would not hesitate to have her watch any pet they will be loved and well taken care of.
