Kate has worked & volunteered with animals her whole life. From barn animals to dogs, cats and exotics, there isn't an animal there isn't an animal she doesn't love! She is also certified in Pet First-Aid & CPR. Additional information: Kate volunteers with local animal rescue-organizations and foster animals of all species; dogs, cats, bunnies, even a bearded dragon! Kate was wonderful to work with! She was able to accommodate me, last minute, and on a holiday weekend. She sent pictures and my pup came home so tired!

Our pup can be pretty anxious and stressed out by groups of dogs but not at Kate’s! This was his second visit and he went in with no problem and all reports from her were that he was doing great and was happy with the other dogs. It’s such a relief to know he’s well cared for and relaxed when we’re not with him. He was tired but playful when he came home and we’re so grateful to have our boy so well cared for!

Safety, trust & environment

My home: I just pay the bills, the fur-kids run the show while I monitor playtime to ensure safety & fun! I love going on walks in the local neighborhood, and hikes at Breakheart or Lynn Woods. The summer months on weekends, I will bring any visitors along with my pups to my families house where we have a large, securely fenced backyard and in-ground pool. Client Home: I offer drop-in visits for cats & caged fur-babies only! If you are in need of dog walks / potty breaks during the week, I do have two trusted associate I can happily refer you to! For my drop-in visits, I provide a water refresh 💦, feeding 🥘, and distribution of any medications 💊 that may be needed - including fluids & insulin, and cleaning of litter and/or bedding as needed! Typically my visits are 20-30 minutes. I like to spend time providing TLC & playtime!

I work 20-minutes from home in the evenings Saturday, Monday, & every other Sunday. I am currently in school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Tuesday & Thursday are longer days (9am - 8pm), however, I have a reliable roommate who is home with the pups when I am not able to be. I work 15-minutes from my home Monday - Friday as a fitness coach, typically 5am to lunch time. When I am at work, all pups in my care are provided whichever space they are most comfortable in, 4x4 kennel, standard crate, or free range. Dogs are never left unattended together for safety purposes! If needed during my work hours, a mid-morning bathroom break can of course be provided! Comfort & safety are my #1 priority for all fur-babies in my care.
