There is nothing I love more than animals, which is why I’m on Rover. I have been dog sitting for dogs of all ages and needs for 12 years, and have had dogs my whole life, so I truly understand and love them. I’m home full time, so you can rest assured your dog will never be alone. I treat all dogs how I would want mine to be treated- I make sure they feel loved, happy, get lots of walks and are always safe! My experience with animals in addition to dog sitting: I worked with Beagle Freedom Project, fostering sweet dogs they saved from animal testing labs. They had never seen the outside world and I helped teach them everything, with a lot of love and patience. It was a tremendously heartwarming experience. Through this, and regularly volunteering at animal sanctuaries, I’ve learned so much and feel that I have the ability to connect with and care for any animal. I have a 15lb Jack Russell mix, Winston, who is very sweet and friendly with other dogs. He loves having a canine companion around (which is another reason I like doing Rover) and is very easy going; he follows their lead and adapts to their personality.
