Hello friends! I’m taking a break from Rover and will hopefully be back soon. Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Kate and I love animals of all kinds. Previously I was a kennel worker at Barbourlane Animal Hospital where I fell in love with caring for people’s pets and making them feel at home. I’m fairly active and enjoy long walks, throwing frisbees, hiking and anything outside- but don’t get me wrong, I’m never opposed to cuddling on the couch. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages and energy levels and even have experience giving pets their medicine (including insulin shots). My house is located on a 40 acre farm with a fenced in yard for your dog to roam and always stays stocked with squeaky toys, yummy treats, & cozy blankets. Pets are always welcome (and encouraged) to enjoy my couch and bed. I do have a standard poodle and a Siamese cat in the house who love to make new friends. I highly recommend visits beforehand to ensure your furry friend is as comfortable as possible. I can’t wait to meet you!
