I am a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and a current Veterinary Student at Auburn University (class of 2022). I will be spending my last “summer break” in Louisville where I grew up and am hoping to do some pet sitting while in town. I used to pet sit with Rover when I lived in Nashville the year before I started Vet school. I have had 8 years of experience as a dog walker for the Kentucky Humane Society, where I volunteered in middle school and high school. During my Junior and Senior year in college I fostered service dogs in training through the 4 Paws for Ability College Foster Program. This program required me to foster 4-10 month old puppies for up to 7 months in my home. I took these puppies with me everywhere I went- to class, to restaurants, to the grocery, to the mall, etc. I love taking dogs for long walks, this replaces my gym membership (ha ha). I hope that I will be able to help you get away for a week or weekend and leave you feeling confident about your pet's care.
