Work from Home Dog and Cat Mom

Pet care experience

I've grown up with pets and taken care of pets my entire life. About 7 years ago I started fostering kittens and dogs, which ended in me adopting my boy Cooper! Cooper is the friendliest guy in the world- we have yet to come across another animal that he doesn't love. He would love to play with your pets, but is also a sleepy boy and loves naptime! I've taken care of all sorts of fosters; big and small, trained and untrained. I'm willing to work with any special request your pet may need. I work from home so your pet will have constant love, care, and attention. My dog, Cooper, has isolation anxiety, so he is unable to be left alone for extended periods of time. This means that no dog will ever be left behind! I will be able to accomodate any potty/feeding schedule. *Daycare and boarding currently unavailable* Daycare hours: Sun-Th: 6am-8pm Fri-Sat: 6am-9pm Extended hours available upon request, for an extra charge. Pick up/drop off: I am available for pick up/drop off within daycare hours.

Kate was a terrific dog sitter! She kept us up to date on how Jorah was doing and sent plenty of pictures! Her dog, Cooper, was another great companion for Jorah while we were away!

Kate was absolutely wonderful! I have two miniature dachshunds and one can be a bit assertive on walks and he loved Kate. They both did! I love her pictures and how she played with them in my yard. She is great and I would definitely use her again!

Kate was awesome! She kept us so up to date on how our boys were doing and we were never worried about them while we were away.

Kate was fantastic! Very accommodating, brilliant with dogs, and her pup cooper made the stay like camp for Stella rather than a stressful night away.

I think meet and greets are very important so that you can show me your pet’s routine. Every animal is so different and keeping their routine will help keep them comfortable while their family is away.

Information Kate G. would like to know about your pet

I'm willing to make any accomodations your dog may need! My dog Cooper has isolation anxiety and cannot be left home alone, so I understand how frustrating it is to find someone that can care for your dog's needs. Please reach out with any request and I'm sure I'll be able to make it work!

A typical day

I think that mental stimulation is as important as physical stimulation for dogs. We use a variety of toys and puzzles in the house to keep the dogs busy when they're not outside. This is especially helpful during those really cold winter days! As for outside activities, we love to throw tennis balls (or Cooper's favorite- twigs) outside or go on long, relaxing walks.
