I have known Kate for around 9 years now and since she came to the UK from Poland. She moved in with my son and I shortly after, and has been a joy to have around. She is the most caring, lovely person you could wish to share part of your life with. Since being very young, Kate’s family have always kept dogs and, since being here, she has helped to look after our cats, plus the various animal life in our garden - hedgehogs, birds, squirrels, the occasional fox and the many visiting cats. Kate has self-funded and successfully completed an Animal Care Level 2 qualification, having always wanted to work with animals. However, even without that, she has a remarkable way with animals. She not only knows how to care for their needs, from feeding, grooming, walking etc, but she has a wonderful understanding of how they think and react, and is able to communicate well with them. Kate has the ability to cope with stressful situations that may arise and is a very capable young woman.
