Kate was focused on the well being of my dog. She made sure she knew everything about the doggie before drop off. She was super friendly. My dog had a blast with her. thanks so much!

Kate went above and beyond to try and get things to work. My pet didn't take to well (she's a chihuahua, which are notoriously clingy to a specific person), and she kept updating throughout the night and attempting to do what she could to calm my dog down so she could stay the week. She showed a lot of care and attentiveness, and despite the rough time, pushed through it. It ended up not working too well, but that is in no way Kate's fault -- and I would absolutely trust her again!
