I went to school for veterinary assistant. I went back to school and I'm currently seeking a degree in mathematics so I can improve the veterinary field. I have two dogs of my own and have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I have a Siberian Husky and an American Staffordshire Terrier. When I was younger I dogsat with my aunt and we watched many different dogs, including greyhounds, yorkies, schnoodles, and mutts. I am first-aid and CPR certified. I work at a doggy daycare so I'd be able to give your dogs any medicine they would need and I have a lot of experience caring for dogs. I'd be willing to learn anything about your dogs as well. I'd like to meet with you and your dog(s) or cat(s) beforehand to make sure I'd be a good fit for you and your furbaby. I'm pretty flexible and will work with whatever your schedule is as long as you are flexible with my school and work schedule.

Kata has just started helping us with our three cats and she it clear she is very kind with them, capable and trustworthy. She recently helped us out in a last minute jam and saved us a lot of worry.
Kate is our go to kitty sitter for our aging kitty. They have been friends for a few years now. Our cat always looks well cared for when we return home. We appreciate Kate’s education and experience. We are able to enjoy our time away more fully knowing that our beloved kitty is in good hands!
Kate is great with my dog. She has a lot of experience with dogs and knows how to handle them. My dog has anxiety so when Kate comes over she diverts his attention so that he isn’t so stressed out. Definitely use Kate again

I make sure to follow any directions provided for me to make sure your pets are safe while I'm with them. I try to move through doors quickly and I lock the doors behind me. I have an escape artist so I know how challenging it can be to make sure they don't get out. I do everything I can to prevent getting outsmarted.

I would love to hear about their little quirks. Learning every pet's personalities and seeing them open up to me is such a wonderful feeling. I would need to know any health issues they may have and any favorite activities. I usually ask what a day in their life looks like.
A typical day
If your dog or cat has activities they love, I would be willing to learn what they like to make your dog or cat happy. We can go on walks and I love to let the dog choose the path, unless I have been given one.
