Hi! I am Kate, an experienced dog owner, sitter, and walker. Dogs have been teaching me how to live better all my life. When I was seven years old, I started my own pet-sitting business, and I’ve been looking after dogs (and cats and fish and…) ever since. Whether running by my side or chilling with me on the couch, dogs remind me how to relax, how to stop and smell the roses, and how to be a loyal friend. When it comes to dogs, I’ve seen it all. I’ve had many dogs over the years, from Pomeranians to Great Danes. I’ve also fostered a couple of dogs with special needs, so I am well versed in caring for canines that need some extra TLC or have behavioral issues. At present, I co-parent my pup, a German Shepard / Great Pyrenees mix we adopted. I believe a lot hinges on the meet-and-greet. I’d like to spend time with both the owner and dog, and then take your dog on a solo walk for a few minutes to ensure we get along sans parents. I’ll ask you about their daily routine, personality, and favorite things, so we can be sure to have the best time possible. We’ll walk around the neighborhood and explore the smells. And I’ll send you photos every booking so you can see that your dog is having tons of fun.
