Pet care experience
I’ve had family dogs since I was a child, including a Labrador, Briard, Red Setter & Cocker Spaniel, and they have always been a central part of our family. I have also been a foster mum for an old Labrador & a mixed breed puppy who were looking for new homes. My partner Scott is an animal lover, and has embraced my family dogs as his own. We both really enjoy being able to take dogs for walks, and give them love, affection and playtime.

Kate is a wonderful sitter and our quite anxious boy adores her! He settled in really quick and Kate kept us updated with lots of pictures and reassurance.
Apologies to Kate as this review is long over due. We booked Kate very last minute, Kate visited us and our babies the very same day and we discussed how I thought their visit would work. She visited 3 times during the day staying around 60 minutes each visit. The babies loved her, Kate sent us photos of each visit. We have never used a 'pet sitting service' and we would not hesitate for one moment to book Kate again xxx
Kate was amazing and will definitely leave Barney in her care again. She really gave him a great doggie holiday, taking him on exciting new walks every day, giving us regular updates and photos, and loads of cuddles. She was very diligent in cleaning his eyes and meal time routines. Kate is really kind and showed a genuine affection for Barney, and he for her. Thank you so much Kate

We live in a maisonette with a small fenced-in garden for easy breaks for your dog. We have two parks nearby for longer walks. Dogs are allowed on the furniture for cuddles (providing that’s okay with you!)

A typical day
I love to take dogs out for walks so we can go to either one of the parks near our home for a big walk. If your dogs like other dogs, we can arrange to meet with my family dog or my brothers dogs for a play date. Then we can relax at home with cuddles on the sofa, as well as playtime indoors with frequent garden breaks as needed.

Availability
I am a teacher so am able to take dogs for walks/boarding in the evening and at weekends. I will also be able to help with pet care during half terms and holidays. Scott is an engineer so his schedule changes due to shift work.
