Hi! I'm Kahti. I am a former grad student, almost medical student (starting in Fall 2018) with lots of at-home time to spare to take care of your dog. :) I grew up with dogs (everything from pitt bulls to cocker spaniels) and have walked, trained, and spent time with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I was recommended to Rover.com by another sitter and often spent time with her and the dogs she was sitting by walking, going to the park, or just spending time at home. Having had dogs of my own, I have done everything from attending dog training classes to grooming my own dogs at home. I am patient, caring, and have lots of time before I start medical school in the fall.

She kept me completely updated throughout the walk, and took great care of my dog!

Katarina is wonderful with pets. I have had her watch my dogs on many occasions of the past 2 years -- one of which does not have teeth and requires special care. She has always kept me updated about them and returned them to me happy and healthy. I do not have cats, but have seen how she acts around them. She gives them lots of love and attention, and I have no doubt she would take excellent care of them as well.

It would be good to know how the dog is around other dogs or people, so that, when we go on walks around the parks, I know to keep an eye out and be a bit more mindful of other dogs and people on the trails. I am open to any breed and any age.
A typical day
Living in Little Italy, we will go on walks up through North Park, South Park and in the Shaker Lakes area-there are lots of great trails to walk, trees to sniff, and squirrels to chase up there. If they are a fan of the various dog parks around Cleveland, the dog park in Rocky River is my favorite and we can go have a fun day there. I love everything from playing fetch to tug-of-war.
