Pet care experience
I love all animals! I have been an animal person since I was a child, always trying to bring home new pets. I am currently mom to 2 German shepherds (Athena and Apollo), 1 Pembroke Welsh Corgi (Kimber), 1 rabbit (Oscar) and 9 chickens. My family has had all types of dogs ranging from 25 pounds to 115 pounds. I have experience with dog sitting for multiple family friends and I treat their dogs as my own. I love allowing dogs to be active and I take my own on runs around Oak Grove park and to Norfolk/ Chesapeake dog parks. I have had many pets including: rabbits, Guinea pigs, fish, hamsters, cats, chickens, and dogs. I am good with dogs of any ages. I have had month old puppies to 12 year old dogs. I would love to find more dogs to take out for runs! I look forward to meeting new dog friends for me and my pups. I am a teacher for Norfolk public, so I am available before 7:10am and after 3:30pm to take care of any pet needs, as well as most days throughout the summer.

Katarina was amazing! I’m a professional dog trainer so I don’t trust my pets with just anyone but she was super accommodating for my last minute request and took my cat in for a week. She treated her as if she was her own and had wonderful communication as well as pictures. She comes highly recommended and I would trust her with any of my pets.

I highly recommend Katarina she is the best!! I have two cavalier king spaniels that Katarina walks for me in the afternoons during the week. She is always on time and provides great loving care for them, they are happy when I get home. I absolutely like the Rover card notification I get telling me of her arrival and the pictures of the boys when she leaves, great service.

A typical day
I usually walk around my neighborhood and in and out of other neighborhoods. I like to take my dogs to oak grove park to walk the trail around the lake. I have a fenced in backyard where my dogs enjoy playing fetch. My dogs enjoy going to any dog parks in Chesapeake and Norfolk.

Availability
I love going for walks early in the morning and after school. Working school hours allows me to be off by 4:00 so I can care for peoples dogs while they are working.
