I am a dog owner that travels often, so I understand the pain of trying to find the right fit for a trustworthy sitter. I've had my dog, Crumbs, as a rescue pup since he was 6 weeks old to 13 years and counting. My family has always had pets at home - fish, birds, hamsters, a chihuahua, Pomeranian, pug - so pet care is no challenge.

In need of a dog sitter, we found Kat and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything went great - Kat was responsive to our initial request and was very accommodating for the meet and greet. Hachi is great at sniffing out dog lovers and took to Kat immediately. Drop off was super-easy, Kat was great at sending us photos throughout Hachi's stay and she was flexible about pick-up. We could see that Hachi was well taken care of and that he had a wonderful stay with Kai. We look forward to reaching out to Kat for the next time Hachi needs boarding.
Kat did an amazing job caring for our little chihuahua Pepe. We left him with Kat for the weekend and he had so much fun with her. She was also incredibly flexible with our schedule and even dropped him off in his crate in our apartment at the end of the weekend so we could see him as soon we got home! Highly recommend Kat for your pup sitting needs.
kat was very accommodating on short notice when i was in a defcon situation in finding care for my fur baby. she was great at sending me pics and keeping me updated so i didn’t have to worry about anything. i felt like my precious pup was in great hands with kat and would seek her out in the future for sure!

I can accept one dog at a time for boarding in my apartment. Please keep in my mind my dog will also be in the house so the dogs should be able to get along in the same space. I am home most of the day, but if I need to step out I will be sure to separate the two to be cautious.

If you’re dog has any special needs, I will be more than happy to give them the attention they need. My own dog is blind with cataracts so I can understand if special care is needed. I would also need to know if your dog is okay to be in the same space as my dog.
A typical day
Things I like to do with my dog are jogging if he has the energy, taking long walks in the neighborhood to sniff plants, going on nearby hiking adventures, playing fetch or mingling with other dog-neighbors in the park nearby, or lazy-ing around doing much of nothing but keeping each other company. As a protective fur-momma, I would care for your dog as I would my own.

I work full-time M-Th, but I am available to for drop-ins or walks on weekday evenings. My weekends are spent with my dog, so you can be assured if your dog stays with me they will get plenty of company and attention.
