I worked for years as a first responder and the Philly County Coordinator for Red Paw Emergency Relief Team, an organization that works with the Red Cross to assist animals that are displaced by fire or other disasters. I've volunteered with PAWS, Operation Ava, and ACCT among other rescues. I also trained as a PATH International therapeutic horseback riding instructor. I have one dog now, and in the past have had cats, a horse, fish, lizards, frogs, mice, and am comfortable with all personalities and sizes of pets. Meet my pets I have a hound mix and a cat, so at this time I can only take in cat-tested dogs. All of my animals are fully vaccinated including kennel cough. My house has parks in walking distance, and I'm happy to bring your pooch to the nearby dog parks. About my yard I have a small outdoor space, but that's mostly for catching some sun!
