I love dogs of all sizes...especially ones that like to go on hikes and cuddle on the couch! I've lived in a dog loving home all my life & have owned multiple breeds including a Pit Bull/Lab, German Shepherd, Beagle, Chihuahua, and other mixed breeds and up to 3 at one time. My family owns big dogs and I know how to handle them appropriately in public places and how to play with them!

Kat was quick to respond to our messages, and was more than happy to take care of our little boy! She took great care of him, and her dog poppy gave him the play time he’s been needing.
Kat was nothing short of awesome! She stayed in our apartment and cared for our dog as if he was her own. Received pics while we were gone and communication was great. Would certainly use her again and highly recommend Kat.
Kat was great. We were out of reception but got lots of photos when we hit reception again. Pups were sufficiently tired when we got home and the house was in great shape. Since our return time was kind of a toss up she stayed in contact to see if she needed to go back and feed them dinner which I really appreciated.
Kat did an amazing job with my pup Sirius. Not only did she communicate well, send cute pictures, ensure he was very well taken care of, but she also kept him nice and active. He happily joined her on some adventures around town. I'm sure Sirius is already looking forward to the next time he gets to hang out with Kat.

Love larger dogs, but am open to caring for any size dog. Does she/he like public places, enjoy dog parks, etc? How do they interact with other dogs in general? Can strangers pet or get near? How much activity does he/she need each day?
A typical day
I love taking the dogs I sit wherever I go -- farmers markets, hiking, to the park. Lots of long walks. When petsitting I like to send pics of us having fun throughout the day. If we do something outdoors, I will usually bathe them when we get back.

I work from home Monday-Friday and have plenty of time for walks and fun at the dog park or outside! Weekends generally outdoors often, exploring and walking.
