I worked in a veterinary hospital full time for 9 years as a licensed veterinary technician until I recently decided to seek other work. I want to keep my connection with animals active while I find my new (but still animal-centric) career. As have many others in the veterinary field, I've done house/pet sitting often--usually owners of patients who I've worked with. I'm comfortable handling large dogs, nervous dogs, anxious cats--I've seen it all! I am skilled working with older pets and pets that need extra TLC--whether that's attention, medication, or other advanced medical needs, I'm game!
