I’ve been involved with animals since I was a kid! My mom raised me while working as a vet tech and wildlife rehaber. This led me to work as a verterinary technician for 8 years. With life changes, I decided I liked pet sitting more as I could be more helpful to fur babies and their families. I have had four generations of dogs of my own, and currently I have two special needs dogs. Nemo is my three legged baby with anxiety and seizures, and Cissy is my old lady with cataracts and phobias. I adopted them because no one else had the time or could afford the resources for their care, and I have loved them ever since. I also have Pascal, my bitey cat. I know his nips are out of love! Finally my parrot, Taco, who greets you when you walk through the door with “Hi mommy!” I love getting to work with fur babies in their own homes where they feel safer and more relaxed, and I can take my time helping them without the pressure and high paced setting of a busy hospital. Who likes hospitals? Nobody that’s who. Especially not animals.
